- That, the Hospital del Salvador needs to have an agreement of Dennosumab Solution injectable in case of non -office of Cenabast for the Hospital del Salvador in order to adequately and efficiently satisfy the care work for a period of 36 months.It must implement "complementary measures", to ensure the supply of the drugs intermediated by CENEBAST, before the repeated stockwater breaks and breaches derived from their suppliers; which, due to the certain amount, the present tender is located in the stretch for hiringof those equal to or greater than 1,000 UTM and less than 5,000 UTM, in accordance with article 36 of the Regulation of Law No. 19.886, in view of the fact that therapies cannot be interrupted due to the adverse effects they generate. That the respective consultations, the provision of these goods orServices is not available by Marcos Agreements offered in the Information System of the Purchasing Directorate, www.mercadopublico.cl; that, this purchase is linked to the 1058085-5-PC25 project, corresponding to the annual purchasing plan of the year 2025.
